Summary

For more than two decades I've guided teams and companies through the shifts that reshape how work gets done — from on-premise to cloud, from perimeter defenses to zero-trust identity, and now to AI — helping people not just survive change but seize the opportunities it creates. I build the teams, platforms, and culture that let an organization innovate ahead of its competitors and deliver on its mission. I champion secure-by-design — making the secure path the easy path, so good security is the default rather than the friction. My focus now is applied AI: agentic development, enablement across the business, and the cloud infrastructure that turns emerging technology into durable capability.

Lead Identity & Access Management, System Administration, and Service Desk at a hybrid fintech. Joined as a Senior System Administrator, promoted to lead System Administration, then absorbed the Service Desk to form IT Operations, and stood up an international team in Chennai, India. Consistently use major technology transitions as a lever to modernize the business and raise the bar on security, reliability, and user experience.
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Championed enterprise AI adoption — Gemini for Workspace, Slack AI, Zoom AI, and a company-wide Claude Enterprise rollout — pairing new tooling with the enablement and governance that turn it into everyday productivity.
- Partner with requesters across the business to evaluate all technology purchases, providing the governance that aligns each decision with our security standards, technology strategy, and requirements.
Identity & Access — Secure by Design
- Overhauled enterprise identity practices: deployed Okta Verify and aligned authentication models with NIST 800-63 Rev 4, designing the secure path to also be the easiest for users.
- Built a role-based access model spanning 200+ applications, 1,000+ entitlements, and 300+ roles.
Platform & Infrastructure Modernization
- Consolidated collaboration from a split Office 365 / Google Workspace environment to Google Workspace only, cutting cost and eliminating dual-platform overhead.
- Led company-wide platform migrations across security, network, endpoint, and ITSM — CCTV and access control to Verkada, network to Juniper Mist, Mac management to Kandji (now Iru), ITSM from Wrike to ServiceNow to Jira, and endpoint security to CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Migrated on-premise services to SaaS and IaaS platforms.
Team & Global Expansion
- Established MX's Chennai, India office end to end — lease, buildout, procurement, laptop management, and support services — and hired and manage the on-site IT Site Specialist.

Built Identity Management solutions with Ivanti Automation and Identity Director. Modeled upstream data from HR databases, APIs and other Identity Providers. Automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes by integrating with AD, Azure, O365 and Exchange, and various other system APIs via PowerShell, SQL or other scripting methods. Implemented authentication configurations such as SSO via SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect. Integrated with Service Management tools for tracking manual onboarding and offboarding processes. Demonstrated compliance with activity logging and access reporting. Improved user experience with automated self-service entitlements and services.
